The STUDI Group is committed to conducting its business, finances and human resources management with the strictest morals code. The integrity of our operations is one of the fundamental elements of our business model and a source confidence for our clients, partners, subcontractors and the local communities in the countries where we work.

Our business is growing at a steady pace and the area of our operations are increasingly broad, which faces us with a number of growing challenges. More than ever, we must prioritize our commitment of respect, not only to the laws and regulations but also of ethical principles. This commitment is essential to our success.

We commit ourselves to lead by example in our sector, by developing with our colleagues, collaborators, partners and customers, relationships based on irreproachable ethics. We expect all our employees and consultants to comply with these formal provisions and act in accordance with the spirit of our Ethical Charter.

We have developed this charter in order to formalize the rigorous standards of governance and integrity that underlie all our activities. The companies in our Group have adopted and implemented procedures and policies that comply with the requirements of this charter.

STUDI Group Ethical Charter

The STUDI Group is aware of the large challenge it faces with regards to security, particularly the risks generated by the frequent travel of personnel.

STUDI has introduced a set of managerial tools and practices aimed at the prevention of occupational risks in order to ensure the health and safety of the personnel involved in any work situation.

STUDI Group Security Charter

As part of each project, STUDI has introduced an integrated management system focused on efficiency by implementing operational processes including the following steps: needs detection, risk analysis, methodology meeting clients and stakeholders objectives, knowledge management and capitalization of experience.

The integration of hygiene, environmental and safety requirements into its management system, in accordance with the international standards ISO14001 version 2004 and OHSAS18001 version 2007, has enabled STUDI to consolidate its position and broaden its field of action.

The QSE (Quality, Safety and Environment) approach, entirely voluntary, comes first and foremost through a strong commitment by managers to anticipate risks in order to better control them. The QSE methodology aims to structure and prioritize actions through the applied management of the ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 standards.
